Easter Forecast for TAS

Good Friday

A mild morning relatively speaking around coastal Tas. Inland Tas will be several degrees cooler. Day times will be relatively mild for the time of year seeing temperatures in the high teens and low 20s. The ranges will be cooler as usual.

There should be some showers about most of the island. With heavier falls in the North and NW.

Easter Saturday

Saturday will be slightly warmer inland and still relatively mild around the coast first thing. The daytime temperatures should rise up to high teens or lows 20s before a cold front moves through later in the day.

Showers and rain will begin pushing in from the west along the cold front.

Easter Sunday

Sunday will start off cooler after a cold front has moved through. Frosts are possible across the inland regions. Temperatures will only increase a little bit during the day due to cloud cover.

Showers or rain should affect the hole state at some point on Sunday with the heavier falls likely on the western coast.

Easter Monday

Monday will start very similar to Sunday. With cool and cold temperatures expected across the state. Daytime temperatures should be a bit warmer compared to the previous day. Especially in the North.

Showers should affect most of the state with light falls possible.
